Veggie Luv Club Membership Agreement and Privacy Statements.

1. I understand that as a VIP member, my membership will renew automatically on my renewal date unless I cancel the renewal process with the merchant company.

2. I understand that opting in to receive text messages about my order is optional and I can choose to opt-in by clicking the box on the checkout screen.

3. I can opt out of receiving order update text messages by replying with the word STOP or texting STOP at anytime  to 352-914-3131.

3. I understand that my information on the Veggie Luv Club website will NOT be shared to other vendors or third parties.

2. I understand that all orders must be picked on the designated pick up day for that month between 9am and 10am at the Hernando County Fairgrounds.

3. I understand that I can send someone to pick up my order for me and that I will give the pick up person a copy of the order confirmation email to show at pick up.

4. I understand that any order not picked up by the 10am deadline will be donated to a local shelter and I will not be refunded.

5. I understand that all orders must be placed by the listed deadline and no order for that month can be made after that deadline.

6. I understand that when picking up my order that I will remain in my vehicle and be safe as I drive through the pick up area watching for volunteers.

7. If I choose to volunteer at pick up, I understand that I am doing so under on my own free will and I will not be compensated in any way.
